HUI is operated by HUZOUKAI, an individual operator operating under the laws of Mainland China (“HUI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing HUI, clicking to unlock a reading, completing checkout or using the paid output, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the paid service. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

HUI is a digital cultural and reflective experience inspired by the I Ching. The free experience forms a six-line figure and explains its traditional structure. HUI offers two one-time paid options connected to one completed figure and one question: a concise bilingual One Thought Reading for US$1.99, and an extended bilingual Deep Hexagram Reading for US$99.00 covering the primary figure, trigrams, moving lines and resulting figure.

The paid output is a digital intangible service delivered over the internet. DeepSeek supplies the language-generation model. Provider availability may affect delivery speed or output quality.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your question, for protecting your reading ID, and for reviewing the output before relying on it. HUI does not require an account.

What one purchase includes

Each purchase unlocks the selected One Thought Reading or Deep Hexagram Reading for the exact figure and question submitted at checkout. A paid reading ID cannot be transferred to a different question, figure or product tier.

No recurring charge

HUI currently sells one-time services only. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic recharge. A new question or reading requires a new, separately authorised purchase.

Price, tax and payment processor

The listed service prices are US$1.99 for one One Thought Reading and US$99.00 for one Deep Hexagram Reading. The checkout displays the final total, currency and any applicable tax before payment. Waffo Pancake provides the hosted checkout and may act as merchant of record and reseller for the transaction, handling payment, tax, receipts and payment-method data. HUI does not store full card details. The delivery email entered on HUI is sent to Waffo to pre-fill checkout; the email confirmed by Waffo is then used only for transaction support and delivery of the purchased reading. Your checkout may also be subject to Waffo’s buyer terms and Privacy Policy.

Delivery begins after Waffo sends a valid signed payment confirmation. HUI then sends the question and reading structure to DeepSeek, displays the bilingual interpretation on the website and sends a copy with a restoration link to the delivery email confirmed for the purchase. Most readings are delivered within minutes, but AI, email-provider or network delays can occur. The website is the primary delivery channel; email is a convenient backup and is not guaranteed to bypass every spam filter.

If generation or email delivery fails after confirmed payment, use the same reading ID to restore or retry without paying again. HUI keeps paid reading and delivery data for up to 30 days. Save the reading ID shown after payment; access after that period is not guaranteed.

Before payment, you can cancel by closing the checkout and no charge will be made. By completing payment, you ask HUI to begin the digital service immediately. Once a successful interpretation has been generated, the service has been performed and cannot be cancelled merely because you changed your mind, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

If your jurisdiction provides a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital content or services, completing checkout constitutes a request for immediate performance. Any statutory right that cannot legally be waived remains unaffected.

When a refund is available

• A duplicate or incorrect charge caused by a billing error.
• HUI cannot deliver any usable interpretation within 72 hours after confirmed payment because of a verified HUI, Waffo or DeepSeek service failure.
• The delivered file or page is technically corrupted or unreadable and HUI cannot correct it by retrying.
• Applicable law gives you a non-waivable refund, cancellation or withdrawal right.

When a refund is normally unavailable

• An interpretation was successfully delivered but you disagree with it, dislike it or no longer want it.
• You provided an unclear, inaccurate or prohibited question.
• You lost the reading ID after successful delivery.
• Access was suspended because you materially violated these Terms.

How to request

Email huzoukai@qq.com within 7 days of payment with your checkout email, Waffo order or transaction ID, reading ID, purchase date and reason. Never send full card details. We aim to acknowledge the request within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Waffo, normally within 5–10 business days, subject to the payment network.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights in your country or region.

DeepSeek generates the paid text. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or unsuitable for your circumstances. HUI does not promise a particular result, emotional reaction or future outcome.

You retain any rights you hold in the question you submit. You grant HUI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it only as necessary to create, secure, deliver, restore and support the reading. HUI does not use your question to train its own AI model. DeepSeek’s processing is also subject to its Privacy Policy and open-platform terms.

No AI output is guaranteed to be unique. To the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights, you may use your delivered reading for personal, lawful purposes. HUI does not transfer ownership of the underlying I Ching tradition, HUI interface, source code, trademarks or editorial material.

You must not use HUI to:

• break the law, defraud, threaten, harass or harm another person;
• submit sexual content involving minors, exploitative content or instructions for violence;
• provide payment credentials, government identifiers or information you have no right to disclose;
• impersonate a qualified doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser or emergency service;
• circumvent payment, rate limits, access controls or other security measures;
• introduce malicious code, overload the service or interfere with other users;
• systematically scrape or resell HUI content, or use inputs, outputs or model responses to train, distil, benchmark or develop a competing AI or machine-learning model without written permission;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

HUI’s brand, interface, visual system, code, original copy, arrangement and editorial explanations are owned by or licensed to HUZOUKAI. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access HUI for personal use under these Terms. Historical texts, symbols and third-party materials remain subject to their respective public-domain status, licences and rights.

HUI is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

HUI does not provide certain prediction or supernatural guarantees. It is a cultural framework for reflection. AI output is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, relationship-safety or emergency advice, and must not replace qualified professional help or reliable facts.

If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not wait for or rely on a HUI reading.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HUZOUKAI and HUI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss resulting from decisions made in reliance on an AI interpretation. Our total liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to HUI in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, unlawful use, payment abuse, service maintenance or material breach of these Terms. If we permanently stop a paid reading for reasons unrelated to your breach and cannot deliver it, the refund provisions above apply.

You can stop using HUI at any time. To request deletion of an active reading, follow the process in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please email huzoukai@qq.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue.

Subject to mandatory local consumer jurisdiction, disputes will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Mainland China. Payment disputes may also be handled through Waffo and the applicable payment network.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced prominently on HUI at least 14 days before taking effect unless a shorter period is required for security, fraud prevention or law. The version and effective date appear at the top.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. We are not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably beyond our control. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and HUI for the service described here.

付款前可关闭结账取消，不会产生扣款。完成付款即表示你请求 HUI 立即开始数字服务。一旦解读成功生成，服务已经履行，除非强制性消费者法律另有规定，不能仅因改变主意取消。

如你所在地区对数字内容或服务规定冷静期或撤回权，完成结账即构成要求立即履行。依法不能放弃的法定权利不受影响。

可以退款的情形

• 因计费错误造成重复扣款或错误金额。
• 付款确认后 72 小时内，由于经核实的 HUI、Waffo 或 DeepSeek 服务故障，仍无法交付任何可用解读。
• 交付页面在技术上损坏、无法读取，且重试后仍不能修复。
• 适用法律赋予不可放弃的退款、取消或撤回权。

通常不退款的情形

• 解读已成功交付，但你不同意、不喜欢或不再需要。
• 你提供了含糊、不准确或被禁止的问题。
• 成功交付后遗失阅读编号。
• 因严重违反本条款而被暂停访问。

如何申请

请在付款后 7 天内发送邮件至 huzoukai@qq.com，提供结账邮箱、Waffo 订单或交易编号、阅读编号、购买日期与原因。不要发送完整银行卡信息。我们将在 2 个工作日内确认处理；批准后由 Waffo 原路退回，通常需要 5–10 个工作日，具体取决于支付网络。

本节不限制你所在国家或地区的任何强制性消费者权利。

付费文本由 DeepSeek 生成，可能不准确、不完整、重复或不适合你的情况。HUI 不承诺特定结果、情绪反应或未来结局。

你保留对所提交问题依法享有的权利，并授予 HUI 一项有限、非独占许可，仅为创建、保护、交付、恢复和支持解读而处理问题。HUI 不使用问题训练自己的 AI 模型。DeepSeek 的处理同时受其隐私政策与开放平台条款约束。

AI 输出不保证独一无二。在法律允许且不侵犯第三方权利的范围内，你可将已交付解读用于个人、合法用途。HUI 不转让《易经》传统、HUI 界面、源代码、商标或编辑内容的权利。

不得利用 HUI：

• 违法、欺诈、威胁、骚扰或伤害他人；
• 提交涉及未成年人的色情内容、剥削性内容或暴力指令；
• 提交付款凭证、政府身份号码或你无权披露的信息；
• 冒充医生、心理治疗师、律师、财务顾问或紧急服务；
• 绕过付款、限流、访问控制或其他安全措施；
• 植入恶意代码、使服务过载或干扰其他用户；
• 系统性抓取或转售 HUI 内容，或未经书面许可使用输入、输出或模型响应训练、蒸馏、评测或开发竞争性 AI 或机器学习模型；
• 侵犯知识产权、隐私权或其他权利。

HUI 的品牌、界面、视觉系统、代码、原创文案、编排与编辑说明由 HUZOUKAI 拥有或取得许可。我们授予你一项有限、可撤销、不可转让的个人使用许可。历史文本、传统符号和第三方素材分别受其公有领域状态、许可和权利约束。

HUI 按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。在法律允许范围内，我们不保证服务不间断、无错误、完全准确或适合特定用途。

HUI 不提供确定预测或超自然保证。它是文化反思框架。AI 输出不构成医疗、心理、法律、财务、投资、关系安全或紧急援助建议，不得替代合格专业人员或可靠事实。

如你或他人可能面临即时危险，请联系当地紧急服务，不要等待或依赖 HUI 解读。

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，HUZOUKAI 与 HUI 不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失，或因依赖 AI 解读作出决定而产生的损失负责。因付费服务产生的总责任不超过引发索赔事件前 12 个月内你向 HUI 支付的金额。

上述限制不排除依法不能排除的责任，包括强制性消费者权利，以及适用时因欺诈、故意不当行为、重大过失、死亡或人身伤害产生的责任。

为处理安全威胁、欺诈、违法使用、付款滥用、维护或严重违反条款，我们可在合理必要范围内限制或暂停访问。如我们因与你违约无关的原因永久停止已付款卦象且无法交付，适用上述退款规定。

你可以随时停止使用 HUI。如需删除仍在保存期内的卦象，请按隐私政策说明操作。

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，但不会剥夺你居住地适用的强制性消费者保护。启动正式程序前，请先发邮件至 huzoukai@qq.com，并给予 30 天善意协商时间。

在强制性本地消费者管辖规定之外，争议应提交中国大陆有管辖权的法院。付款争议也可能由 Waffo 和相应支付网络处理。

我们可能更新本条款。重大变更将至少提前 14 天在 HUI 显著位置公告；安全、反欺诈或法律要求更短期限的除外。页首会注明版本与生效日期。

某项条款无法执行时，其余条款继续有效。延迟执行不构成放弃权利。对于合理控制范围之外的事件造成的延误，我们不承担责任。本条款与隐私政策共同构成你与 HUI 就本服务达成的协议。
